Allure Norfolk Bay is set to become the second lodge in the Allure Tasmania portfolio, situated along 2.8kms of private waterfront between Primrose Sands and Connelleys Marsh. The lodge will comprise of up to 32 new opulent, architecturally designed villas, spaced apart along the foreshore, the lodge building containing a signature restaurant, and a wellness centre.

The development will co-exist with the existing superfine merino sheep farm 'Riverside,' occupying just under 12ha of the 660ha farm, of which is largely a small strip along the waterfront. It is intended that the existing sheep farm will support the overall 'Allure experience,' consistent with our values.

The initial stage will contain 14 villas and the lodge building. The second stage will contain a further 8 villas and the wellness centre, whilst the third and final stage will contain the final 10 villas at the Primrose Sands end of the development.
